There are instances when you no longer use or have access to the email address used to register your LinkedIn account.
If you can still login
- Hover to your Avatar at the Top Right corner of your ZOM-IN Homepage or Profile.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- Verify the Account Email and Save Changes.
If you forgot your password
If you have lost access to your Email Address and you accidentally forgot your ZOM-IN Password too, please drop us an email at hello@zom-in.com.
Our team will contact you to verify your identity that may require you to present your government-issued ID.
We'll only use the ID information you provide to verify who you are, and we'll only hold onto it for a short period of time while your account issues are being resolved.
