In case you forgot your password, you can reset your password on the Homepage. 

  1. Click on thebutton at top of the ZOM-IN Homepage. 
  2. Click Lost Password at bottom right of the popup window. 
  3. Type your Username or Account Email and click Reset Password. 

An email with subject: Your new password will be sent to your Account Email. Login to your ZOM-IN account with your Email and the New Password. 


Notes: 

  • Alternatively, you can write an email to hello@zom-in.com. Our team will help you to reset the password. 
  • Kindly update your password once you manage to login with the system generated password.
