If you're not receiving emails from ZOM-IN to your email account be sure to check your email's spam folder, junk folder, social tab, and promotional tab. Email providers sometimes route emails from new sources to these folders.


Ensuring your email address is correct and confirmed

  1. Hover to your Avatar at the Top Right corner of your ZOM-IN Homepage or Profile. 
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown. 
  3. Verify the Account Email and Save Changes


Adding LinkedIn.com as a Trusted Email Domain

To make sure ZOM-IN messages aren't sent to your spam or junk folder, try adjusting your filters to always receive emails from trusted email domains like ZOM-IN.com.
